Returns and Refunds
Effective January 1, 2026. This document applies to purchases and site use through SPART-CLICKSA.
1. Return window
SPART-CLICKSA accepts eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery unless a different written promotion or statutory requirement applies. To begin a return, email support@spart-clicksa.shop with your order number, item name, size, and reason for return.
2. Return condition
Returned footwear must be clean, unworn outside, free from damage, odor, soil, and excessive creasing, and returned with original packaging where available. Shoes used for workouts, outdoor wear, or visible extended use may be denied or subject to a reduced refund.
3. Non-returnable items
Final sale items, gift cards if offered, heavily worn products, altered products, and items returned without authorization may be ineligible for refund. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
4. Exchanges
Size exchanges depend on inventory availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer a refund or help you select another active model from the catalog.
5. Return shipping
Return shipping responsibility will be provided with return authorization. If the return is due to our fulfillment error or a verified defective item, we will provide an appropriate remedy under this policy. Customer preference returns may require the customer to pay return shipping.
6. Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank, card, Stripe, PayPal, or wallet processing times may vary and are outside our direct control after a refund is submitted.
7. Defective or incorrect items
If you receive an incorrect size, incorrect model, or item with a manufacturing defect, contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will review the claim and provide replacement, return, refund, or other appropriate resolution based on the facts.
8. Abuse prevention
We reserve the right to decline returns connected to repeated policy abuse, fraud indicators, altered merchandise, missing items, or inconsistent claim information.
