Shipping Policy
Effective January 1, 2026. This document applies to purchases and site use through SPART-CLICKSA.
1. Shipping area
SPART-CLICKSA ships eligible men's athletic footwear orders to valid delivery addresses supported by our checkout and carrier partners. Some addresses, restricted locations, forwarding services, or high-risk destinations may be unavailable or require additional review.
2. Processing time
Orders are typically reviewed and prepared during regular business days after payment authorization. Processing may take longer during product launches, peak shipping periods, address verification, fraud screening, weather disruptions, carrier delays, or inventory reconciliation.
3. Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier performance can be affected by distance, weather, holidays, customs processes when applicable, and local delivery conditions. Tracking information will be provided when available.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed in USD before checkout completion. Promotional free-shipping offers may have minimum order values, destination limits, or product exclusions.
5. Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support@spart-clicksa.shop immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.
6. Lost, delayed, or marked-delivered packages
If tracking shows delay or delivery but the package has not arrived, check the delivery area, household members, building office, and carrier notices. Contact support with your order number so we can review available carrier information and next steps.
7. Damaged shipments
If a package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the package and product before discarding materials. Contact support promptly with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
8. Split shipments
Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on inventory location and carrier handling. Separate tracking numbers may be issued for different parcels.
9. Refused or undeliverable packages
Packages refused by the recipient, returned due to an incorrect address, or undeliverable after carrier attempts may be refunded less non-recoverable shipping costs where permitted, or reshipped at the customer's expense when inventory allows.
